Angela has over 14 years experience specializing in finance and operations for high technology companies. Her specific area of expertise has been developing business plans and administrative infrastructure for start-up companies.
Prior to joining Cardinal VC, Angela was the Vice President of Finance at Zaplet, an enterprise software and services company in Redwood Shores, CA. Angela’s experience includes a position as Controller of Accept.com, Inc., a person-to-person payment service company that was acquired by Amazon.com, Inc. as well as a position as Director of Finance and Administration at CheckPoint Software Technologies, Inc., an Internet security company that she helped through a successful IPO in 1996. She was responsible for accounting and financial reporting, financial planning, audit, purchasing and investor relations. Previously, Angela spent eight years at Adobe Systems, Inc. where she held a variety of positions during a time of dramatic growth for the company.
Angela holds a BS in Finance from the University of San Francisco.
